Dr. Jennifer Taylor is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her interest in health and wellness stemmed from her experiences as a youth and college athlete while growing up in New York. After completing her undergraduate studies from Saint Anselm College, she pursued a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois.
Dr. Taylor uses her background in holistic and integrative medicine to best serve her patients. She has completed additional training in the areas of functional medicine, physical medicine, conventional pain management, prolotherapy and regenerative medicine, spinal manipulation, nutrition, and homeopathic medicine.
Prior to opening Ditat Medical, Dr. Taylor worked in private offices in Scottsdale and Payson, Arizona. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Taylor has used her expertise as a consultant for several companies for product development and clinical application of nutriceuticals. She has been an active member of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association since 2017 and participates on the membership committee.
When not practicing or studying medicine, Dr. Taylor continues to follow her passion for hockey. She plays goalie for her Fighting Sloths team in Peoria, and is a goalie coach for the Arizona Kachinas organization. She also enjoys time with her family and practicing German.

He’s the office manager and registered therapy dog. Luther is a 4-year old white German shepherd rescue. He enjoys steak, vegetables, naps, and getting all the attention. He wants to make sure you have the best visit and always leave with a smile.
Dr. Shaon Hines is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Arizona and New Hampshire, and a U.S. Air Force veteran. She is originally from Wisconsin, joined the Air Force right out of high school, and did tours of duty in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. She also served as Flight Sergeant for the MacDill AFB Honor Guard.
Dr. Hines earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from National University of Health Sciences, a U.S. Department of Education accredited Naturopathic medical school. She is also the President of the Illinois Association of Naturopathic Physicians, a certified nutrition specialist (CNS), certified personal trainer (CPT), and raw food chef.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Hines believes in the healing power of nature and healing the “whole” person on a foundational level.

Shaon Hines ND, CNS, CPT
Dr. Ptack is a licensed naturopathic physician in Arizona where he focuses on primary care and functional medicine. He treats a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions with natural modalities and therapies including nutrition and supplements, hormones, IV and injection therapy, peptides, and medications when appropriate.
Dr. Ptack’s journey to naturopathic medicine began during high school and college where he continually sought ways to recover from injuries and improve his performance while competing in Cross Country and Track. Nutrition and chiropractic care led to passion for natural medicine and ultimately his decision to become a naturopathic physician. After earning his B.S. in chemistry and secondary education from Elmhurst College in 2009, he received his medical training and doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences in 2016.
He is a member of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association and serves on the education committee.
He is an avid runner and enjoys hockey, hiking, and trivia.
